OOTD | Lavender: The New Millennial Pink

Inspired by PANTONE Ultra Violet colour of the year, lavender became a new millennial pink and a SS18 trend you can’t ignore. Runways at New York Fashion Week like Tom Ford, Victoria Beckham, and Tibi all featured their pale purple pieces in the forefront of their collections, and for good reason: lavender is an easy-to-pull-off neutral that still gives edgy vibes. It also creates a chic spin on classy outfits and can easily be worn with bold looks – it just looks beautiful with any mix! (think: lavender + denim or lavender + bold bold lip look). 💜

For my lavender look, I decided to make my pastel purple coat stand out by paring it with some of my classy wardrobe pieces like a white sweater and a pair of black leggings. To make the whole outfit more personalized, I added my favourite jewellery pieces, sunglasses, headband and purse.
